New contacts for health advocacy

Dear Brown Health Advocates,

As a health advocate and Brown alum ('67) I excited and proud that you are organizing and activating health advocacy at Brown. I am now working with the Narrative Medicine Program at Columbia (this fall my colleague there, Sayantani DasGupta '92 and I published a co-edited book of women's illness narratives that includes sections on narratives of advocacy), with Medicare Rights Center, and as advisor to a women's health reform coalition (Raising Women's Voices for the Healthcare We Need), all of which would be of interest to health advocates at Brown.
